This is my experience while attempting to purchase pre-concert tickets for Shakira on this website. On the day the tickets went on sale, I diligently waited in front of my computer, eager to secure 4 seats for this highly anticipated event.

I successfully completed the entire purchase process, including selecting seats, providing personal details, and making the payment ($8,354.51). I even received a confirmation email, with my tickets in "pending status", stating I would be notified via email once the purchase was completed.

To my utter shock, I received an email NINE DAYS later informing me that my order had been "rejected" and that I would not receive the tickets. This delay in communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with time-sensitive events.

I am outraged that this website would display tickets that are not genuinely available for purchase. If they are not sure of ticket availability, they should not be displayed as available for customers to buy.

This misleading practice wastes valuable time and causes immense frustration.

I have used multiple ticketing websites, and I have never experienced such an issue. Once the transaction is finished, customers should be able to receive their tickets without any ambiguity.

Their current statement claiming "Easily Get Your Tickets Fast. 100% Guaranteed Tickets" is highly misleading. It would be more transparent if they disclose on their website that "if we can get the tickets you've purchased, great.

If not, we will tell you in 9 days."

Their reliance on a third-party to fulfill orders means that customers never have the guarantee of receiving the tickets they purchased.

Due to this terrible experience, I am now forced to buy tickets at a much higher price, which is unacceptable!

I'm sure many other customers have faced the same problems.

Stay away from this website & use Vivid Seats (best costumer service ever) or Ticket Master. When you purchased on these sites, you will get your tickets right away!

I have not received my tickets and my concert is tonight July 8th! I have been emailing and on the phone with the Reps.

They keeping saying the Seller has emailed- transferred the tickets to me and that is absolutely a lie! I have pleaded with them to retranfer those tickets to me but nothing has been done since Friday July 7th- all morning thru evening.These were almost $900 for the 2 tickets to Freestyle Festival 2023. Do not purchase from this website! Go directly to Ticketmaster or Vivid Seats for peace of mind.

Not worth trying to save $50-$100 on these bogus companies. The stress and headache and the dispute calling the credit card for a refund and investigation and reporting them to BBB. Beware- this is a SCAM business!

Due to the SAG Strike just prior to opening day, events were canceled and what was advertised was not delivered. My first time experience at ComicCon 2023 proved to be disappointing, lackluster and over priced.

Im seeking a full refund for my four day pass $1250 plus.

Ive contacted ComiCon, and they deny any knowledge of their tickets being sold through TicketSmarter. Not responsible for distribution of tickets to be sold.

Poor excuse. Knowing that the event was anything close to what it shouldve been as far as value in entertainment or education.

Upon notification of actors strike prior to opening day, ComicCon should have immediate offered at least a partial or 100% refund to ticket holders because they could not deliver what was promised or advertised.
