Tickets
I went online to buy tickets. The seats I wanted said 'sold out' at the last minute, but they still took my money.
I went back and bought two more tickets because the other ones said 'sold out.' I bought the protection plan on the second set.
Well, now I have 4 tickets and can't get a refund. What a freaking scam!

Around 15 minutes after the purchase, I wanted to cancel the order because they didn't send me the tickets. However, I couldn't reach anyone; absolutely no customer service was available. They didn't process the cancellation. About an hour later, they claimed they were trying to transfer the tickets from someone named Tim, but I refused.
I had purchased ticket insurance by paying an extra $20, which was supposed to allow for cancellation and a refund.
But they never refunded my money. I believe they are complete scammers.

Double charged
I tried to buy 4 concert tickets. After I put in my credit card information it said those tickets were sold to someone else.
So I proceeded to select 4 different tickets and got the same message.
The next day I had two charges for 4 tickets each pending. I called them to try to resolve the issue and was told there was nothing they could do and they could not connect me to a supervisor because they were working remotely

bought my tickets 6 months in advance and got nothing but a run arround from these clowns... nothing but a run arround with constant emails ... even there phone number doesn't work ... nothing but a joke ...

I did not mean to purchase only one ticket. I meant to order two tickets from Ticketmaster, but my email came from Ticketsmarter, and there is only one ticket. I wish to cancel this order.

I have been trying since December of 2024 to get a refund for tickets purchased through TicketSmarter and am still trying 3 months later!!! Worst service ever!
My event changed venues and I was never informed or refunded the price of my purchase. I was told it was refunded, and it wasnt.
The company actually tried to withdraw money instead of refunding it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They don't deliver the tickets purchased, because they don't own it and they will only notified you after many days passed.
This is my experience while attempting to purchase pre-concert tickets for Shakira on this website. On the day the tickets went on sale, I diligently waited in front of my computer, eager to secure 4 seats for this highly anticipated event.
I successfully completed the entire purchase process, including selecting seats, providing personal details, and making the payment ($8,354.51). I even received a confirmation email, with my tickets in "pending status", stating I would be notified via email once the purchase was completed.
To my utter shock, I received an email NINE DAYS later informing me that my order had been "rejected" and that I would not receive the tickets. This delay in communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with time-sensitive events.
I am outraged that this website would display tickets that are not genuinely available for purchase. If they are not sure of ticket availability, they should not be displayed as available for customers to buy.
This misleading practice wastes valuable time and causes immense frustration.
I have used multiple ticketing websites, and I have never experienced such an issue. Once the transaction is finished, customers should be able to receive their tickets without any ambiguity.
Their current statement claiming "Easily Get Your Tickets Fast. 100% Guaranteed Tickets" is highly misleading. It would be more transparent if they disclose on their website that "if we can get the tickets you've purchased, great.
If not, we will tell you in 9 days."
Their reliance on a third-party to fulfill orders means that customers never have the guarantee of receiving the tickets they purchased.
Due to this terrible experience, I am now forced to buy tickets at a much higher price, which is unacceptable!
I'm sure many other customers have faced the same problems.
Stay away from this website & use Vivid Seats (best costumer service ever) or Ticket Master. When you purchased on these sites, you will get your tickets right away!

Purchase the ticket now I'm at the event I can't find a ticket number
Overall was poorly, I end up buying other ticket to a concert I bought a from you guys. Was dealing with customer service for an hour I never could get my ticket put me on hold for another 15 minutes never get back to me over all wouldn't recommend this site.
